The location is perfect, close to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely Venetian charm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city. Breakfast was satisfying, though with limited options. Overall, a great place for a romantic getaway or family trip.

The location was wonderful - only 10 mins walk from the bustle and sights around piazza San Marco, but very peaceful and calm. 5 mins walk from a vaporetto stop to get the boat to the airport, and to other parts of Venice. The room was lovely and comfortable and very peaceful. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice and great coffee. The staff were really friendly and helpful - they lent us a plug adaptor when we realised we’d forgotten ours!

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The room comfortably accommodated me and my 3 teenage kids ...and 3 people could be in the bathroom, spacious. The location is everything, probably the best feature about this hotel. Very close to Rialto and San Marco..The staff are also really great, very helpful. Even the night guard waited for us as we arrived very late ( early hours of the morning). Also the toiletries were a nice touch.

Hotel was amazing, staff were so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was just ok but for continental breakfast it was good, fresh hot food, pastries, good coffee and prosecco every morning. Staff went out of the way to help whenever we asked for anything. Great location to see venice, close to st marks square and the water buses. Our room was upgraded to a canal view and was fabulous, would definitely stay here again.
